1. Rental Duration:
Insured self-driven vehicles are available for a rental period of 1 to 28 days.
One rental day is calculated as 24 hours from the time of vehicle pickup.
If the vehicle is returned beyond the 24-hour period (e.g., on the 25th hour), it will be counted as an additional day.
2. Pricing and Fees:
Transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
A $30 daily insurance fee applies.
3. Vehicle Delivery and Return:
Vehicles can only be delivered and returned at the designated office.
4. Driver Requirements:
Drivers must possess a valid driver’s license.
The minimum age for renting is 21 years.
5. Fuel Policy:
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup.
6. Deposit Policy:
A refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
7. Payment Options:
All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
8. Late Return Policy:
Late returns will incur an additional charge equivalent to one full day’s rental.
9. Cleanliness Policy:
Vehicles must be returned in a clean condition to avoid cleaning fees.
10. Damage Liability:
Customers are liable for any damage not covered by insurance during the rental period.
11. Customer Support:
24/7 customer support and roadside assistance are provided throughout the rental period.
