Welcome to Vancouver Best Car Rental. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1.1. You must be at least 21 years old to rent a car from us.
1.2. You must provide a valid driver’s license, a major credit card, and proof of insurance to rent a car.
1.3. We provide pick-up and drop-off services in Vancouver and around the Lower Mainland.
1.4. The rental period starts and ends on the dates and times specified in the rental agreement.
1.5. The car should only be used for the purpose for which it was rented and not for any other purposes, such as racing, towing, or transporting hazardous materials.
1.6. The rental agreement can be terminated at any time by Vancouver Best Car Rental.
1.7 The vehicle must not be used by anyone not specifically named in this agreement.
1.8 Must not be used outside of British Columbia without written permission from Vancouver Best Car Rentals.
1.9 Vehicle cannot be used in violation of any law
2.1. We offer three types of insurance: Daily Canadian $30, Weekly $180, and Monthly $600.
2.2. The customer is responsible for the payment of any damages caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
2.3. In the event of an accident, the customer must report the incident immediately to the police and to us.
2.4. The customer must also cooperate with us and the insurance company in the investigation and settlement of any claims arising from the rental agreement.
3.1. A security deposit is required at the time of rental and will be refunded upon the return of the vehicle, provided that the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was rented.
3.2. The security deposit will be used to cover any damages to the vehicle or any other charges that may arise during the rental period.
4.1. Payment can be made online or at the destination.
4.2. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
4.3. If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled pick-up time, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the payment will be forfeited.
5.1. By agreeing to rent a car from us, you agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
5.2. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the rental of vehicles in Canada, including but not limited to the Motor Vehicle Safety Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
